Absolutely. CubOak mats are made from non-toxic EVA foam and independently lab-tested to meet US safety standards (ASTM F963 and CPSIA), including tests for lead and phthalates. They're ready for safe play right out of the box.

CubOak grows with your child — from newborn tummy time and crawling all the way through the toddler and preschool years (ages 0–6). Older kids also love assembling and rearranging the tiles as a hands-on activity. Always use under adult supervision.

Easy. The water-resistant surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Always leave to dry in the shade. Avoid harsh solvents or alcohol-based cleaners, which can damage the foam.

Yes. The bear tiles interlock like puzzle pieces, with border and corner pieces for a clean, finished edge. You can arrange them into our suggested pattern or create your own design — the layout is completely up to you.

It depends on your space. Standard (16 tiles, 3 ft 4 in × 4 ft 1 in) is perfect for a nursery corner or playpen. Medium (30 tiles, 4 ft 10 in × 5 ft 1 in) is our recommended size for a playroom. Large (40 tiles, 6 ft 5 in × 5 ft 1 in) covers an open play area. Mats can also be combined: tiles from two sets interlock, so two Standard mats join into one 32-tile mat.

Each tile is 0.47 in (1.2 cm) thick — cushioned enough to protect against bumps and falls on hard floors, while staying stable and non-slip during active play.

Never expose the mat to intense heat sources. At high temperatures, EVA foam may deform. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight as well, as the tiles may fade over time.

Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days, then take 5 to 12 business days in transit — about 2 to 3 weeks in total. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping is free across the contiguous US, and all import duties are included in the price — you'll never receive a customs bill.

Yes. Just enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Tracking emails go to the email you use at checkout.
